Wind Down Session

Join Claire every second Sunday on Instagram Live from 7pm - 9pm to wind down before the week ahead.
This week we will be focussing on simple guided facial massage practices that you can incorporate into your own daily meditation or skincare routine.
We will begin the class with breath work and visualisation, using methods of “play” to place these visuals onto paper.
The class adopts the practice of drawing as another form of meditation. We do hope that over time everyone attending is able to develop their drawing skills. However, at a very organic pace that will be different for each individual.
